  Might as well wait for Mother Nature to make your glass before these people do. Slow, aloof, unlrofessional and indifferent. Pricing depends on their mood for that day. Do business with them at your own peril.
  I waited for about 5 weeks for a simple order, which they kept making excuses for not completing. Finally, after hearing every excuse in the book, I told them to keep their glass and that I did not want to do business with them.
