  A number of issues with this location. 1. They do not open the service window 5-10 minutes after the 8:30 opening time on a regular basis. 2. Location is not well stocked, and never has pens for public use. 3. Parking is nearly non existent with 7 official spaces, postal vehicles regularly block or use the customer parking as well, and the 15 minute parking rule on street in front is never enforced, so it may take you 20 minutes just to wait for someone to leave. 4. Receipt printers regularly run out of ink and do not properly print tracking numbers. 5. Customer service from supervisors is non-existent, I was told to leave my name and number for an important matter and never received the promised call. This location is an example of why the post office is failing. Save your time and go to the edgewater location.
